Ladies pool Sept. 26th

As promised, here are some shots from this week’s ladies 8-ball tournament, won by Melvi for the 8th time. The ladies pretty much do what they want (last week they decided to play 9-ball and they’re always coming in on their own time, not the time we set to start) and my job is to rack the balls, maintain the scoreboard and referee. If you look at the group picture, it’s hard to complain about such duty. I should note that all these ladies are spoken for.

About 2bagsandapack

Lifetime journalist, author, magazine editor and publisher, now semi-retired and traveling the world. My plan, after living in Costa Rica for 14 months, was to visit a new country in southern Europe every three months to experience the culture and the challenge of adapting to a new environment, while on a fixed income. That plan was sidetracked when I was offered a job in Indonesia, providing an opportunity to explore Asia. Indonesia lasted for a 4 wonderful years but I have now moved on to Hua Hin, Thailand.
